    I work in the SC Dept. as a warden.The salary scale of warden was on par with L.D.C. Later the educational qualification of L.D.C was raised to plus 2 which in turn lead to the higher salary scale of L.D.C.Now the basic qualification of L.D.C is again reduced to S.S.L.C but the hiked salary scale remains the same.The salary scale of warden is now less than that of L.D.C in-spite of the same educational qualification.Moro ever the wardens do not get any promotion and retire as Warden even if they have more than 30 plus years of Service.I would like to draw the commission's attention in this regard.
